The Australian Sheppard up the road is the daddy of two of mine. They are a bit shaggy and their names reflect that. (Added, now that I think of it the male was named after a certain TV character who was "cool" back in the day, name is similar and starts with the same letter as his sister.)
A third dog came with extra parts, namely two dew claws on each of her back feet. Her name reflects the number of claws she has.
