If there is any “aid” in “billions” of dollars “going” to Ukraine. Its either some government moneyLaundering Scam, a lie, or if it is real it’s going to power up NATO armies against Russia. Regular civilians are in those bombed cities basements with no power, heat, water, anything running, picking up and burying the dead bodies by themselves.
