is there any ways to stop people in my apt bldg from cranking music all night long?

some of my neighbors are doing it, not sure which ones, and yes, I've called the police cause they will go on all night long cranking it, its also annoying to hear the same repetitious bang all night too.ive been on Benadryl cause of allergies and I take it at night and sometimes i'll sleep anyways but I'm usually a light sleeper, any suggestions on how to get them to stop? the people in housing know about it
