That's not my interpretation. Meek doesn't translate to kindness, it translates to meek and is more about humble and humility to moi. Most "kindness" is self serving.

That was a protest originally against the roman way of life who worshipped power masculinity strength concrete and the power of the sword. It also goes against everything of the mortal life because it goes against human nature... Not saying that all people are angry and mean but saying that people always have the urge to have more to take more to be more to accomplish more. And the bible says give up everything of the mortal flesh and live opposite. So basically.. Well you can do the math i'm sure

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with forgoing the ‘Ego’ and being humble . It makes for good practice in how to live one’s life in a pleasing manner.

The meek are those that wait on the Lord. The earth shall be given to them

You are missing something. Meek is not kindness. Meek is paranoia and weak minded. The Abrahamic God wants the paranoid people to take control of the earth so he, the Abrahamic God with his horns and thunder bolt can take hold of the planet and not be challenged.
