Why are democrats against voter ID, But Mamdami says you need ID to be an emergency snow shoveler?
Supposedly you have to have ID and a social security number to shovel snow, but that is not needed to vote! Does that make sense?

The emergency snow shovelers work for the city. Their ID requirement ensure that they are citizens and that their pay will be reflected on their Social Security earnings.
Since you seemed to have missed it, Mamdami doesn't have a damn thing to do with setting voting quaifications. Did you sleep through high school civic lessons?
