Why are democrats against voter ID, But Mamdami says you need ID to be an emergency snow shoveler?
Supposedly you have to have ID and a social security number to shovel snow, but that is not needed to vote! Does that make sense?

The key word is registered voters. Meaning (paraphrasing for your benefit), that they already presented proof of citizenship, to become REGISTERED VOTERS.
But I'm sure you're from New York. Right? Because if the Mayor invited everyone to become an emergency snow shoveler, and did not vet them, and one of them kills, rape or rob someone, you will probably say that the "communist, jihadist Muslim Mamdani" is unleashing rapists and murderers.
BTW, the Mayor of New York has absolutely no say in voter registration laws.
