Why are democrats against voter ID, But Mamdami says you need ID to be an emergency snow shoveler?
Supposedly you have to have ID and a social security number to shovel snow, but that is not needed to vote! Does that make sense?

Because requiring ID for the snow stuff is the current law and most people don’t seem to have a problem with that
The voter ID stuff is changing the law to address a problem that no one has shown actually exists, which means it will just make it harder to vote for no actual reason
