@bijouxbroussard I was going to pick a different one from that era, I think anyway. Wasn't the World According to Garp released about that same time? .. I also wanted to add Deer Hunter and Apocalypse Now but I already had too many war movies on my list I thought.. oh.. and the Untouchables. ..and just because they really got inside my head, but not in a way i can relate to, I'd have to add the Terminator and the Matrix.

I guess I'd have to go with LOTR. Always amazed me how that project came together from conception to finish. Big budget franchise that still managed an indie sort of feel. I've always found it evident how much thought and care went into it. It was well deserving of all the love and praise.

If I have to really go by the Making, I would go for Breaking Bad series & Money Heist, which for me is real making. The amount of work dedicated to developing characters, and making them act and the impact it creates in their lives! .. as each actor would have really taken time to recover from their character.

An epic film directed by Cecil B. DeMille, starring Charlton Heston as Moses, and based on the Bible. It depicts the life of Moses, from his adoption by the Pharaoh's daughter to his leadership of the Exodus and reception of the Ten Commandments.
Had a great all star cast and considering the time, (1956) this movie had fantastic special effects.

Its hard to say. ..the ones that come to mind at the moment are Pulp Fiction and Saving Private Ryan, Full Metal Jacket, Godfather I & II, Platoon, Man Who Would Be King, Heat, ..
