Do you ever go to the movies by yourself?

I often have.

After all, sitting in a theater watching a movie with someone is not really social interaction with the person.

I did once, and enjoyed it. The movie was Rain Man.

I did, three times. Once I traveled to a somewhat distant 3D Cinema to see "Avatar". And then I went back to the same cinema to see "How to Train Your Dragon" in 3D. The third time I went to a new luxury Cinema in Randolph and can't remember the movie I saw, but I do remember the luxury seat I was able to get. Oh yeah! Star Trek Beyond!

I saw Wall E alone

All the time, I prefer it. Covid stopped me from going and I have not been back since the lock downs, mostly because there has not been a new release worth my time or money. But when I was going, I went early, like 10 am so that I was one of only a few in the auditorium and I could immerse myself in the movie with no distractions

If I do. I love picking the movie that I know no one is going to watch. Especially when there’s a lot of superhero movies going on. I would pick the drama or romantic comedy that isn’t going to get a lot of viewers.

I never have, I prefer watching the movie with someone unless I'm at home.

I don't go often, but if there's something I really want to see, I go alone when my bf is at football. The cinema is only 10 mins walk.

I enjoy going alone quite often but I also take a date every now and then! She doesn't like to be left alone...LOL 😆😄

Yes, before my disability, I used to go to the movies alone all the time. I actually preferred it that way.

Only once, and I must say, "The Devil in Mrs Jones" was an artistic masterpiece. 😎

I've gone by myself, but I'm not a fan. I usually go with my kids. (Not at the same time though, that shit is way too expensive).

I have but I hate being at a movie by myself. So, much better with a person you can discuss it with after the movie ends.
