How do you sleep when it's so hot and humid?

Try to angle your fan so the airflow is just above you, it should help cool you down without drying you out.

I have an A/C but on one of those unfortunate days when it's not functioning I take a shower and wear as little as possible. Also, it's annoying but sleeping with no covers helps.

I use to wet down a hand towel and freeze it and wipe the frozen towel over me and kept a large glass of ice water next to the bed to drink.

It’s been pretty uncomfortable in the U.K. this summer - 30deg+ with lots of humidity, so sleeping hasn’t been easy. Air con is rare in homes here, so just a fan to try to cool down a bit.

I have fan and either no covers or just top sheet. I face away from the fan so it’s not right in my face. I drink lots of water too so I can sweat

I don’t. Tonight is cool though. Tomorrow will be a nice cooler day, then on Monday it’s back to the 90s.

Fans blasting. I have a cattle fan in my room, along with 2 other fans and a humidifier. 😅

With great difficulty. The good news is that I pass out eventually...

I usually keep the AC on during the night and that helps.

Cold shower!

Before AC, open windows and a strong fan helped cool me, but there was nothing to do about the humidity except suffer. That's why we have a generator to keep the AC going even if the power goes off.

That’s really difficult. Sometimes I shower right before I go to bed and don’t dry my hair. That’s cooling.
