How do you sleep when it's so hot and humid?

The fan's starting to dry my eyes out. Ive got a mesh tshirt i wet and put on and it's really cooled me right down.

I have fan and either no covers or just top sheet. I face away from the fan so it’s not right in my face. I drink lots of water too so I can sweat
