@valobasa4ever I can't have caffeine really, haven't had a cup of coffee in years, but I have cases and cases of bottled water and drink lots of it. I drink a lot of tea too. Lemon ginger soothes the throat and I notice since being "back out in the wild" I get more allergies than every now and tend to lose my voice or get hoarse more often. The tea helps ^•^
