Both parents, one half sister, one sister in-law, for certain on family.
Many friends and school mates.
Many of the women are on this post:

All my old friends , parents, grandparents . I have one aunt and my daughter left in family tree . No, I do have 3 cousins left, makes for a small family reunion.
Thankfully I do have a few newer friends but we can’t share the good old days like old friends you grew up with.

I've lost both my parents and my brother.
Also lost 3 friends. One in an accident, and two to cancer.

@FourthShadow man. At 31-35, the fact that you lost more friends to cancer than anything else is terrifying.
FourthShadow · 31-35, M
@SW-User There's been many cancers in my family too.
My two friends both died from blood cancers, they were not related to each other.

Two.
I lost a friend from cancer two years ago. She was in her early sixties.
In 2015 I lost a friend who was in her late twenties and a single mom of 5 kids. She went in for a hysterectomy and died at home the day after she was released from hospital. Totally heartbreaking

No friends as yet as in they passed away. Family I’ve only lost all the grandparents except for my youngest grandma but she’s doing well now for nearly 91.

The simple fact is, the longer you live, the closer you come to being the last one standing in your family and circle of friends.
