Before I was on meds, I'd gladly break things. Now if I get to that point, where I'm that angry, I usually just cry & then calm down & reason with myself that my feelings & actions are silly. I refuse to let other people bring me down anymore.

I don’t ever feel angry, I get upset 😢

Anger is grief you haven’t delt with, deep rooted frustration.

I go for a fast walk or a run. It burns up the adrenaline in a healthy way.

Clap your hand to reduce tension.
Think of something else and move on.

If someone is upsetting you when talking to you, hold your left hand in your right. It’s impossible to get angry. You just remain calm.

Meditation , breathing techniques, read The Psalms, prayer.

I don’t get angry much or for long i avoid anger.. if you get angry at little things it’s probably because you have underlying anger at something else deeper and those are just shallow triggers for you

Probably though my outbursts they get worse when I'm stressed or upset
