How do you guys let out your anger?

Sometimes I get angry at abstract things, like bad situations that aren’t really anyone’s fault. I feel like I need to let out those negative emotions. Sometimes I end up punching walls or breaking stuff. How about you guys?

If someone is upsetting you when talking to you, hold your left hand in your right. It’s impossible to get angry. You just remain calm.
