Memories of my parents talking how much of a worthless piece of garbage I am and how much they wish they had a child other than me and how my birth was a cosmic mistake

But at the same time…that forged who I am as a person

Honestly? Past wounds, unresolved grief, AND ongoing anxiety is keeping me stuck in cycles. I WILL get out of it.

A few adjustments along the way, but I like my life. I don't need much, improvements are hopefully ongoing, so I don't have any lofty goals. My best life is my son feeling safe and happy.

Inability to alter my internal monologue. Or maybe just refusal to, I’m not even sure anymore. Along with a lack of belief in my ability to effect change.

Right now, funds. I'm on a tight budget that doesn't allow for gym membership or I'd be complete in my happiness.

If I truly state what's on my mind I'm going to make some enemies.

Laziness and controlling family members

I need to quit my job but also somehow pay rent, food, gas, and car repairs.

Then I can book lots of trips to the mountains, the waterfalls, and that one park my friend recommended months ago but I've been putting off.

Chronic illness, constant chronic pain, and generalized anxiety disorder that has completely taken over at this point.
