Government cheese lol.i think that was before my time or we didnt qualify but i consider kraft american cheese like government cheese. I do onebetter and buy the store brands now myself lol. Love it lol prolly too much. Its fattening.

@Penny oh you missed it then, you should have seen it, all of government took a break and made cheese just for us. They was so nice back then ,always looking out for the people. 🙃

I always loved it, it made great grilled cheese sandwiches and the reason it doesn't slice good is because it is real cheese. You need a wire slicer to cut it. That's my experience with it anyway, but that was many years ago. Maybe it's not the same anymore.

I grew up with that stuff it was great.
Some people may disagree with me but I also liked the powered eggs , great scrambled eggs, I tried to make an over easy egg with it once but couldn’t separate the white from the yolk 🙃.

Not quite, but there was the Ice Cream Man. 1pm, 3pm, and 6pm on the dot every day. During summer vacation he would make the "extra 8pm pass" knowing all of us kids were still outside playing. 😂
