Who doesn't love Government Cheese?!!!

I always loved it, it made great grilled cheese sandwiches and the reason it doesn't slice good is because it is real cheese. You need a wire slicer to cut it. That's my experience with it anyway, but that was many years ago. Maybe it's not the same anymore.
