Right now, I’m dealing with a heart valve that’s scheduled to be replaced in a few weeks, so bedtime is anytime I fall asleep. Wake up time is whenever I wake up. When I’m running a normal schedule, I’m usually in bed by 11 and up by 7. I’ve got months of recovery ahead after the open heart, so I probably won’t approach a regular schedule until next year.

I go to bed just after 5am (thanks night shift job) and get up about 7:30 am most days with my kids.. but sometimes they sleep in until 8-8:30am but that’s rare.. no I’m not okay I have no idea how I do it but I can usually get a nap in at some point during the day

5:30 when I was working. 6:30 now that I've retired, except for golf day when I get up at 5:15 for our 6:45 tee time.

If I can sleep I wake up 4am during the week and I try and sleep in on the weekends but I'm always up by 7 or 8
