@NativePortlander1970 I don't like it either. Tried it a few times and even used ground beef Lipton soup mix to make it taste beefier then wondered why am I torturing myself and I haven't purchased ground turkey in a couple years now. It's ok but never good.
Add cooked elbow macaroni to browned ground beef, mix in a can of diced Ro-tel tomatoes...and pour that into a casserole dish. Cover the top of the whole thing very generously with shredded cheddar cheese, and bake 25 minutes at 350F.
@NativePortlander1970 well im gonna continue to call it Shepards pie! When i google it it doesn't tell me to use lamb! Most people in the us im sure make it with beef to.. you must be a special american 😆
A quick and easy beef stir fry - honey soy ginger makes a great easy sauce - grab some asian style veges chop chop the meat and veges hey presto you have a meal.
Alternatively get your favourite curry sauce jar from a store, some rice, and make a great curry with beef diced.
