Tea or Coffee first thing?

Large coffee (either a Tim Hortons or Starbucks) w three creams.

On a side note - I can't ever remember my dad drinking coffee or tea.

Usually coffee these days. My wife can't do morning things -- or much anything -- these days, so I'm up fairly early making a cuppa coffee for her an d one for me, then deeding the door and the fish, then making her breakfast.

First thing it’s a couple small hits off of a Celsius before I start my workout. I get a coffee on my way to work (about 2 hrs later) since the commute is over an hour.
