Do you like to bake?

Just took a class on French pastry at King Arthur in Washington. It was the third class I've taken there. First was artisinal bakung at home. Second one was professional baking with Jeffrey Hammelman. I've learned a lot there.

I’ve gotten back into baking after getting a new oven last fall. The only thing I haven’t yet made are beignets because I used to make them for my mother—it’ll be hard without her here to sample them. My grandmother originally taught me, and Mom used to say mine were exactly like hers, high praise indeed. 🥹

Well baking generally does not agree with me 😂
I think I also lack the actual patience these days to try and finetune recipes or learn by trial and error 😁
Buttt there is this one very convenient recipe I LOVE: muffins made out of yoghurt out of the airfryer. They are delicious and you can add dried fruit or even chocolate bits to it 🥰

What are Anzac biscuits? I love Panera breads orange scones..mmmm!!
