Do you like to bake?

Yesterday I made Anzac biscuits. Today I’m thinking I might make some scones. I like them with apricot jam or golden syrup.

Just took a class on French pastry at King Arthur in Washington. It was the third class I've taken there. First was artisinal bakung at home. Second one was professional baking with Jeffrey Hammelman. I've learned a lot there.

@Notladylike yes. Maldon salt. But the ganach is just on the outside. Inside they are caramel in a patè sucrè base.

@Notladylike they are not too hard to make. My cousins devoured them in munutes.
