Food heaven. Eggs poached in water. White firm, yolk runny. I'd like them with some sourdough toast spread with butter and marmite, topped with sliced mushrooms, fresh ground black pepper and rocket please. What? I'm too fussy and I have to make it myself??? Urrggh, I guess I'll get the pan out then 🙄

I do scrambled with hot sauce salt and pepper. Then fry up some onios and add mushrooms and bell peppers after i drop the eggs in.
