How do you like your eggs cooked?

Same here. Either over medium or I’ll have an omelette.

Hubby likes a hardy 3 egg omelet with everything under the sun in it. I like egg white scramble on whole wheat toast.

Poached for Eggs Benedict is my favorite, but an omelette is a close second!! 🍳

I used to like it as omelet or half boiled when I used to eat non-veg.

Many different ways, but over easy is my favorite then omelets or scrambled then boiled.

Boiled is a good way since no oil is consumed.
There is some question about how long eggs should be boiled. Lately even 3 and 1/2 minutes didn't seem to cook them. I think that there are risks in eating them raw. So, perhaps 4 minutes these days just to be safe from salmonella?
