That the rent was paid today. And there's a tax assessment warning coming from the disposal company.

I never heard of a disposal company ever giving such a warning before. Yet it seems they include the disposal fees along into the tax assessment.

So the disposal company gives the warning that properties are being assessed. That's too funny!
