Ahhh...winter.
Well, i am 63 and heat with wood.
The wood is stored in a woodshed.
Each day, i have to bring in, through whatever snow has fallen, enough wood for the day. Sometimes, i burn more than others and two loads are needed.
For me, i find it to be more than enough excersize.

@summersong I do several 5k charity races every year. Usually finish in like 31-32 minutes .

Everything physical gets harder after a certain age 😕 I'm doing online yoga with my 11 yo niece and she's already better than me, damn her 😞

I used to jump rope and I would start with three sets of five minutes and then add a set each time until I reached ten sets and then I'd add two minutes until I reached ten sets until I could go thirty minutes without stopping and after that I would use the thirty minutes jump rope as a warm up before lifting heavy weights. But I haven't jumped roped in years either but it's probably one of the best ways to warm-up your whole body.

@TexChik I was worried about too much boob bouncitation lol. But my bra seemed to do okay for me this morning. Otherwise I have a good sports bra that I know will keep the girls in line.
