What Exercise Program are you Doing for the Fall?

I somehow ended up on Jump-Rope TikTok. So I picked up a new beaded jump-rope over the weekend. The woman I watch does an hour day. My first day = four minutes.

Why is this so much harder as an adult than when I was a kid? #WorkoutGoals

I used to jump rope and I would start with three sets of five minutes and then add a set each time until I reached ten sets and then I'd add two minutes until I reached ten sets until I could go thirty minutes without stopping and after that I would use the thirty minutes jump rope as a warm up before lifting heavy weights. But I haven't jumped roped in years either but it's probably one of the best ways to warm-up your whole body.

@Lostpoet Thanks! That's inspiring. I probably would have done more sets, but I had to start work. I will probably try another 5 minute set over break.
