I Am Overweight

I wish I can fix it. I'm 5'7 but 180pounds. I hope to lose weight. What kind of meals or exercises should I be mindful? Should I be more mindful of intake on food?

Focus on avoiding carbs. Try to have half of you plate vegetables. Oh, and doing stomach crunches doesn't get rid of belly fat. You need cardio for that. Do crunches after any belly fat goes away, if you have any.

Just make sure you set realistic goals. A little at a time. Walk....work up a sweat.
Lifting weights doesn’t burn calories as much as walking....move!!! 😃

The best way is always two fold: get a little more exercise and watch what you eat. It isn't fast but it is the only way that works.

I pole dance and I have taken up Aerial hoops last week , I also do burlesque dancing. And I hope to do aerial silks too. They are so fun and help me to tone up my body and loose weight. Also I’m a vegan so that helps a lot too and gluten free through health reasons. Find an exercise class that doesn’t feel like exercise and feels more fun. Oh and don’t stop eating sweet stuff eat it in moderation as if you stop all together you will just end up binging on it. If you eat plenty of protein it stops you from overeating
A little overweight but not obese at 5’7 which is quite tall for a woman.

I lost the most weight walking my little Maltese dog. We had a leash law, and I lived in an apartment, so I could not just let him out. I lived in a very hilly area, and that dog wanted out three times a day. Even in freezing sleet, he wanted to be outside smelling everything...and he always wanted to run UP the hills.

At the same time, I was working at a nursing home, and staff got to eat anything the residents did not...but we had to share it. You could NOT be piggy or the nurses would "kill" you. Half a sandwich, half a pear, tiny servings of everything.

You can fix it. It might take a while. Eat real food, not too much, mostly plants. Move more. A lot more.

Cut out ALL sugars and dairy
Drink lots of water... walking at least 2 miles a day

Cut out carbs, sugar and refined oils and fat..
Natural fats are fine, bacon, chicken, ham and beef as long as it's not fried..
No icecream or cake..
You'll lose weight fast on a high protein low carb diet.

Eat less junk and swap out processed foods for whole foods. It’s pretty easy once you get into it

I would still let you walk on my back... if you were the back walking type 🤔... so you can’t be that over weight

I’m the same race and body type and I just watch what I eat. I shed 15 lbs in a month.
