I Am Overweight

I wish I can fix it. I'm 5'7 but 180pounds. I hope to lose weight. What kind of meals or exercises should I be mindful? Should I be more mindful of intake on food?

Focus on avoiding carbs. Try to have half of you plate vegetables. Oh, and doing stomach crunches doesn't get rid of belly fat. You need cardio for that. Do crunches after any belly fat goes away, if you have any.
