I Am Overweight

I wish I can fix it. I'm 5'7 but 180pounds. I hope to lose weight. What kind of meals or exercises should I be mindful? Should I be more mindful of intake on food?

I pole dance and I have taken up Aerial hoops last week , I also do burlesque dancing. And I hope to do aerial silks too. They are so fun and help me to tone up my body and loose weight. Also I’m a vegan so that helps a lot too and gluten free through health reasons. Find an exercise class that doesn’t feel like exercise and feels more fun. Oh and don’t stop eating sweet stuff eat it in moderation as if you stop all together you will just end up binging on it. If you eat plenty of protein it stops you from overeating
