Having toenail surgery this morning

I'm so anxious. The needle hurt a hell of a lot last time (because toes have very little fat) but it'll be good to finally have a permanent solution to my toenails curling into the skin.

Good luck! I had that done on a toe many years ago. They gave me an IV to relax me, and I went to sleep. So I missed the whole procedure. Fine with me.

@exexec I just (literally a minute ago) had local anaesthesia injected into my toes. It hurt like hell

Ask them for more anesthesia! Yes, there was the pain of the second needle. ;But the scalpel hurt a lot less!
If you were born with red in your hair you are likely to have more pain.

@RubySoo it did go well! I'm healing and now don't need bandages on my toes any more. My final appointment is on Tuesday next week (it's Thursday today)
