I'm so anxious. The needle hurt a hell of a lot last time (because toes have very little fat) but it'll be good to finally have a permanent solution to my toenails curling into the skin.

Ask them for more anesthesia! Yes, there was the pain of the second needle. ;But the scalpel hurt a lot less! If you were born with red in your hair you are likely to have more pain.
