Not really. But it depends on the preference if a woman likes his man with beard or not.
It looks good on men however, experience-wised, the feeling of a beard grazing over my skin is not ideal.
One time, I even developed some acne when I had a partner who doesn’t shave (as far as kissing is concerned).

I think it varies from person to person. Personally I love facial hair on a man. I love body hair on men in general. I'm blessed to be dating a man who's covered in hair😂. He's my werewolf. I find it to be more masculine.

i don't personally like beards but they do look good on some people, can't lie. sometimes short facial hair is cute

maybe she didn't recognize you. if i saw a stranger with a beard then they shaved their beard i might not recognize them at first lol

Personally clean shaven, idk why but i don't find men having facial hair, mustache, beards ( long and short), etc attractive. Why not ask her directly of your doubts?

The ability of a mature male to grow a beard is a direct response to having to associate with women. Women as actually relatively easy to deal with (or used to be before society got crazy). They only every want one of two things. And it is up to men to understand which and provide these things. Those two things?? More. and Something else. So to attract a mate, a healthy male grew a healthy beard.. Fine. Until she got bored with it and told him to clip it, shave it, or in some roman time, pluck it.. Then he had a nice smooth chin.. Until she got bored with that and... (Rinse and repeat) And it still goes on.. My guess is, if you are correct and the girl was interested, she is probably with a clean shaven guy now..😷
