I ask this because this morning I saw this cute woman and she looked at me like she was into me, but later on in the day I shaved my face because it had been at least two weeks since I last shaved and I don't like having a beard.

Cut to later on in the day and clean face me walks passed the same woman expecting her to at least say hi and nothing, she glanced at me and walked passed as if I wasn't even there.

Personally clean shaven, idk why but i don't find men having facial hair, mustache, beards ( long and short), etc attractive. Why not ask her directly of your doubts?

No. You don't look like a Wimp at all ! You look normal and good looking! I can't judge faces fully by only one photo ( rl ppl look different and photos lack clarity) but you look like a normal man in ur pfp.

Many people struggle with approaching opposite sex to talk, it's normal. I am also trying to overcome such fears , at one point out of frustration i stopped giving fk about what people think or say. It helps a lot.
