I've always had great dogs, my Heeler being the best dog ever.
Now I have cats.
I'd say the best pet is whichever one you happen to have at the time.🤷‍♂

I love the dog that I have now but apart from him the favourite has to be the family dog we had when I was a kid. My dad trained him do do amazing things, he played hide & seek and could pick the colour of smarties that he was told to pick, yet they say dogs see in black and white.
he was a miniature version of the Dulux dog, called Scratch.

All of my dogs have been wonderful, but I suppose my favorite was a Lab mix that somebody threw out as a puppy and we found. She was a wonderful pet and was with us for 14 years.

Oh, I have had several dogs throughout my life, and each one is special for that period in my life that they lived with me. I could never say which was my favorite. I just know I loved them and they loved me and I wished I could have them all back, but heaven is a far better place for them now than being here with me.

I've had over 35 dogs but Jordan was my favourite.

I cant say that I had a particular favorite but I did have a dog whos act couldn't be followed.
He was a true rock star.
