What do you do when you are feeling overwhelmed?

I don't deal well with it. I get very grouchy, or I simply completely shut down. I need better coping skills for this. Ideas?
Here's from my notes honey:


Use MSM....excellent! for anxiety and depression. Take it first thing in the morning, to begin with. Just one. Then after a week or so, you can take two a day if you want. GABA, is another excellent one, which is known as the "happy pill". I know other things help as well. Especially sublingual B-12, (really saved my bacon, so to speak) which I take in cherry flavor and melts under your tongue. I get it from Walmart. Make sure you get the sublingual. Very good flavor. I pop as many as I want, under my tongue at any time I feel I need them.

Then there's B-Complex, Vit. C, and Vit. D-3. Calcium/Magnesium before you go to bed. 3 capsules

There are also men and women's Vitamins at Walmart, especially for emotional balance, which are great.

I personally get all my supplements from Swanson Vitamins, as they are the cheapest anywhere, and best quality. You can get yours where you want.
I take my natural supplement, MSM, as it is some type of imbalance in our systems. I completely shut down, too. I think I inherited that from my mother. I talk to a friend, or sleep, or go on YouTube to watch talent shows or funny things. Or put in a movie, or have a cry. It helps when you're hurting. People used to hide their feelings about it, but they are learning it's nothing to be ashamed of. Life gets us down occasionally. God gave us tears to wash away our sorrows and be able to heal. I try some relaxing breathing or I exercise...neither really work for me though, just helps relieve the anxious feeling....crying is really the only way that works for me.

I stop ,I take a break ,get some coffee ,chill
I reflect on how many things I have already done ,,all I have been through
and I came out a victor everything ,,
even in some of my failures a lesson was learned ,
So get it together ,we have came this far ,
were coming through again ,,
now which tree is coming down first ?
quit looking at the forest ,,pick out one tree at a time

Then you need to step out of the way . I will start doing everything at once - i will also obsess and when I come up with a plan you see my dust as I am off and running

Complain, ask for help, ask for a reduction of work, cut back on what I can. Get a good night sleep. Eat a good meal. Take a shower. Fap.

All is well now. I did not have to work today and do not have to work for the next 9 days.

I need to go to bed soon since I plan to get up really early tomorrow to drive to Gatlinburg TN.

I know the feeling. I try to get enough sleep and eat properly. Hard to do at times when you are always running somewhere, but it does help with my grumpies.
