What do you do when you are feeling overwhelmed?

I don't deal well with it. I get very grouchy, or I simply completely shut down. I need better coping skills for this. Ideas?

I stop ,I take a break ,get some coffee ,chill
I reflect on how many things I have already done ,,all I have been through
and I came out a victor everything ,,
even in some of my failures a lesson was learned ,
So get it together ,we have came this far ,
were coming through again ,,
now which tree is coming down first ?
quit looking at the forest ,,pick out one tree at a time
