Any person with so-called legal training who lies consistently about having evidence that doesn't exist and who conceals exculpatory evidence is no longer a professional, and IMO the bar should express that by dis-barring him.

Unfortunately, because this is Congress, the same rules don't apply, and Schitty is exempt from prosecution by...anyone. If he were based out of any other community state than California, he would be voted out during the next election.
