Do you get along with your co-workers?

90% of the time i work remotely so we never meet.
Occasionally we have case reviews or policy meetings when we gather as a team.
And those i often hate.

During discussion it becomes clear who is likely to make life difficult by opposing simple changes or being unreliable in terms of not completing their assigned tasks so delaying service delivery for the client.

And it's always the same people 🙄

Generally yes. I work somewhere that helps fit my values, political views etc ie I work at a major London university so you'll not be surprised that most employees are part of what the papers often call the liberal elite.

Yes I have gotten along with just about everyone where I have worked over the years.

At one job, pretty much.

At the second job, kinda, but it's a lot of egos to deal with.

Things tend to go better if you do dont need to be friends and buddies outside work but at work get along
