90% of the time i work remotely so we never meet.
Occasionally we have case reviews or policy meetings when we gather as a team.
And those i often hate.
During discussion it becomes clear who is likely to make life difficult by opposing simple changes or being unreliable in terms of not completing their assigned tasks so delaying service delivery for the client.
And it's always the same people 🙄
