Hugs, good food, sleep, laughters. It makes the pain easier to handle. And it would be nice to be encouraged to take a gentle walk despite wanting to crawl in a ball all the time. Overtime, I realized that walking, although uncomfortable and painful at first, can actually help the whole process and actually eases the pain. It helps to distract myself hahah. If only I kick myself out despite the protests of my body LOL 😆 Having someone that actually helps you have some peaceful moment amidst a tougher day is gold. But when no one is around, ladies, we can still be gentle to ourselves, hm?? ^^ I always tell myself, it will be done soon, almost done.. one more day.. it helps to make it feel shorter ^^. And I try to tell myself this uncomfy thing is my body taking care of itself so.. altough uncomfy it is supposed to be good. We'll push through. But yeah, hugs are always welcome! 💗

I think I heard on a manosphere podcast that women like to be told, "Why are you acting like such a freak? Are you on your period or something?"

Periods are one of those things that don't get anywhere NEAR the attention they should. If men had to go through that every month? It would be a whine fest.

So young dudes? Know when your partner is on her period, slow your roll and step up if needed.

Girls? As in we're all the same? .... period ? Like each one isn't different?
