As a kid I once went on a family vacation to a beach in Oregon, stayed in a beach house for a few days.

I spent my time building dragons out of sand and chucking beached jellyfish into the ocean. At some point I witnessed a group of men on horseback galloping down the coast. One of them dropped a whip and I hurt myself with it. I don't care that it hurt, that was the most memorable vacation I've ever had.

I went to west Monroe Louisiana and hung out with the duck dynasty gang so cool

I really liked London city 15 years ago..

Hah......maybe shortly after my military discharge and that school cut where, no sooner had I come back from overseas that, less than a month later, my young ass was on campus at UNH....from one extreme to the other.

Every trip away for a week or two is a good trip. Each one has its best aspects. People I've not seen in years or sights that are new and awesome. No such thing as best.

They're all best. Each one had something great about it.

Seychelles

I have been on many BEST vacations... but the most fun is flying 1st class when the flights are like 18+ hours LOL have done that a few times and super fun.

Camping with my kids on a trip through the Canadian Maritimes--New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, even Cape Breton Island. Took two weeks and did it nice and slow.

The first time we went to Vieques and stayed in a tiny inn with a huge tree growing right up through the middle of it

I've had many great ones,but I'll say my first visit to the U.S.,some years ago now.

Either the trip to England with friends or Acapulco with my wife.

It's probably a tie between a tour of Ireland and anywhere in the UK

When I was 32 and had recently been widowed, my mother took me with her to visit a cousin in London. It was such a nice time, and she had just lost her sister, so we both needed to get away. I’ll never forget that time together.
