A couple years back in college, someone said they like my sunglasses. I've bought the same ones again since.

Well, I guess that's not entirely true. Back before the 2022 election, I was out canvassing and a few people said it was cool that I was doing that.

first ever one, 2 summers ago, a random woman complimented me on my shirt when i was sitting there at the ticket stall.
i didn't know what to say and its something i haven't been able to digest mentally, the first year than second year it became a pleasant warm feeling memory, now its a fond memory!

Not too long ago. Went to cinema with my 5 to and girl who served us complimented me about my hat. It could have been a flirt but she was like early 20's and I'm mid 50's so I'd have frozen in fear if I thought it was in that moment.

Like an actual heartfelt compliment? I can't remember the last time. Sure i've received compliments in the past but none that really meant anything to me.

A couple of months ago a stranger told me that I have a trustworthy aura around me. I was visiting someone in the hospital and guy that told me that was in the psych ward. But I like to think he was right and not hallucinating or something like that. Cheers!

Probably last summer. I had my nails painted for a few years up until August or September. (I need to get back in the habit of going again!) I regularly got compliments (almost always from women... 🤔). It felt nice. 🥰

People like my Ebike it has a retro look and nice turquiose color so now and then people tell me they like it. Recently a friend told me I'm likable because of my good heart very matter of factly. And this guy is very good at putting me down so was surprized he said something good about me..

Almost every time I hold a door for someone it’s nice to here someone say thank you mostly in today’s fast life

Most of them, compliments are false .... don't ask for them , don't expect them ! Be aware of who you are , of how much worthy you are !
