I just turned 67. Life still goes on much as it did 50 years ago. There is good and bad, beauty and ugliness. I just keep rolling on. I think that's what most people do. This quote gives me inspiration:

Well, I guess this is the stage in life where you start thinking of those "final decisions" and just try to make the best of what time you have left.
But for real, anyone over 40 can vouch for - 25 is NOT old. Most of us have kids older than that. 😄

Life changes as you get older that is for sure. Eventually life becomes about your kids, and even if you don't have kids your friends probably will and their life becomes about their kids and that is just the new norm. It does feel like it get lonelier especially if you aren't where your peers are in life.
