If you can take Tylenol and advil...2 XS Tylenol and 2 advil/ibuprophen at the same time, every 6 hours is as effective as a narcotic without being a narcotic. But if you need it longer than a couple of days...its time to see the Doc.

@TexChik be careful where you source your essential oils from. Sometimes purchasing online promises what seems like a bargain but they are not always pure or good quality even if labelled essential oil. Manufacturers often try to get a higher yield by extracting with solvent or alcohol instead of through distillation and that affects the therapeutic qualities in the oil xx
