I can only do it first thing in the morning otherwise I won’t, so that’s the only part I don’t like about it. I love the endorphins though. Add that to seeing results and it’s nothing but pure love. Except for the morning thing 🙄

Yes. I like it once I've started. I work out weekdays, weekends off. My weekends in the summer can be vigorous too with gardening and other chores.

Yes...Its been a staple in my life since I was just a kid. Sometimes I go to CrossFit with my husband, and I work out at home every day except CrossFit days. I do Kickboxing class and spar on Fridays, and I do dance class 3 days a week after work.

@Gabber I have PTSD and my adoptive father was a retired Marine Colonel who discovered that rigorous exercise was helping his men deal with it. I was full of rage so it started out with me beating a hay bale into dust with a ball bat until I could not lift my arms...and then he put me in martial arts so I could continue beating on things (practice dummies) to vent my rage. I found out later its the endorphins that are helping me. But if I miss a day my family complains.

Yup! I started a few years ago. Had to lose all the weight I gained being on steroids in 2010.

Nope. Even back in my teens when I was into sports I never really got into working out. I played, I practiced, exercised, but actually going to a gym and simply working out I always found too boring.
