Yes...Its been a staple in my life since I was just a kid. Sometimes I go to CrossFit with my husband, and I work out at home every day except CrossFit days. I do Kickboxing class and spar on Fridays, and I do dance class 3 days a week after work.

@Gabber I have PTSD and my adoptive father was a retired Marine Colonel who discovered that rigorous exercise was helping his men deal with it. I was full of rage so it started out with me beating a hay bale into dust with a ball bat until I could not lift my arms...and then he put me in martial arts so I could continue beating on things (practice dummies) to vent my rage. I found out later its the endorphins that are helping me. But if I miss a day my family complains.
