How many would give up your cellphone to stay out jail

Lets just for some reason you were order to give up your cellphone or keep your cellphone, but behind bars till you agreed to give it up.

What would you chose?

I would let them have my cell phone because I value my freedom.

But in today's world they are trying to make you a prisoner of your cell phone in al reality.
