How many would give up your cellphone to stay out jail

Lets just for some reason you were order to give up your cellphone or keep your cellphone, but behind bars till you agreed to give it up.

What would you chose?

I don’t have a phone. It’s been a long time since I had one. I use my tablet for websites and that is enough for me.
